Is there an alien base inside Rosetta’s comet? Five reasons rock is not what it seems

The fact that a strange ‘clicking’ radio transmission seems to be coming from inside the comet – sounding eerily like a Predator’s jaws opening and closing – has just stoked the fires of conspiracy theorists, just as the Rosetta craft’s Philae Lander touches down.
Explore the internet too long, and you’ll be firmly convinced Ming the Merciless and Darth Vader are enjoying a final Martini inside before obliterating our planet, and using us all as sex-slaves in the brothel-pits of Proxima Centauri.
Nigel Watson, author of the Haynes UFO Investigations Manual says there are five main ‘theories’ as to what the rock might REALLY be.
To any UFO enthusiast, the idea that it might just be a lump of ice is preposterous, an obvious cover-up and frankly boring. Here’s what they REALLY believe…
It’s a UFO Armada, advancing on Earth

An artist's impression handout image by the European Space Agency shows the Rosetta orbiter deploying the Philae lander to comet 67P/ChuryumovñGerasimenko. After a 10-year journey, the Rosetta spacecraft is due to end its hibernation on January 20, 2014 and prepare for an unprecedented mission to orbit the comet and dispatch a lander to the surface. The image is not to scale; the Rosetta spacecraft measures 32 m across including the solar arrays, while the comet nucleus is thought to be about 4 km wide. REUTERS/European Space Agency-C. UFO Sightings Daily excitedly proclaimed that it was a UFO armada, largely on the evidence of a small piece of rubbish down one side, and a beacon-ish thing (a rock) showing that there were UFOs parked inside ready for some annoying space probe to goad them into fury.
No one has seen any UFOs – but if there are aliens lurking within, they may well be habitual litterbugs.
There is some form of mothership in there!

A picture of a disc-shaped UFO swooping past the comet in September led the more certifiable members of the UFO community to conclude that there was some sort of parking bay for saucers inside the flying rock 300 million miles from Earth. There is however, no diesel or unleaded pumps, mor a Wild Bean Cafe or KFC.
NASA is secretly leading us to an alien base

IN SPACE - AUGUST 3: In this handout from the European Space Agency (ESA), the comet Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko is seen in a photo taken by the Rosetta spacecraft with the OSIRIS narrow-angle camera August 3, 2014 in space. ESA's Rosetta spacecraft became the first to rendezvous with a comet and will follow it on the journey around the sun. ‘One blogger suggested that the whole reason for this multi-million pound project is to search for alien life or even contact it, as it did not make sense to spend so much on just visiting a lifeless ‘rock,’ Watson says.
Why an alien tourist might have chosen to spend four billion years sitting inside a featureless lump of ice is another question…
Are those radio transmissions warnings saying, ‘Hands off?’

Watson says, ‘Lots of UFO bloggers point out that NASA has received radio transmissions from the comet for 20 years, and that instead of being a comet it is in actual fact an ancient spaceship.’ Imagine the sort of mood Darth’ll be in if you wake him up before he gets his beauty sleep…’
