[Video] ‘Extreme’ Haunted House Or Legal Torture? McKamey Manor Allows You To Live A Horror Movie

Warning the video depicts real encounters from the McKamey Manor. Some scenes are graphic in nature.
With Halloween right around the corner, many people may look to haunted houses for a frightfully good time. However, some are left wondering if a few “haunted houses” are taking it too far. McKamey Manor, which is billed as one of the “most extreme” haunted houses in the United States, has a waiting list of over 17,000 people who are hoping to have a chance of entering what is best described as “living a horror movie.”
McKamey Manor has been featured on Travel Channel’s Making Monsters and Halloween’s Craziest due to its unconventional nature. All participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter the manor, and they must sign a waiver releasing McKamey Manor from all liability. Participants are screened physically and mentally before they enter the attraction, but many of the tours are cut short due to medical reasons.
The attraction is not typical. In fact, it teeters on the border of legality in many people’s eyes. Is it okay to mentally and even physically abuse individuals if they sign a waiver? Is there a limit to what should be legally acceptable? In the video, we see a watered down version of what happens in the McKamey Manor. Frequently people can be seen being held against their will, hit, punched, bound, and gagged. The “experience,” unlike standard 20 to 30 minute spook houses, can last anywhere from four to six hours. To make the experience even more unnerving, individuals must go through whole ordeal alone or with one other person. Groups larger than two are not allowed.
You heard me correctly, the McKamey Manor “haunted house” experience lasts around four hours for each participant, and they must do it alone or with one other person. The experience is described as both mentally and physically exhausting. Though the house already had a low “success” rate — that is, the number of people able to complete the entire experience — the owners decided to up the ante and do an “experiment” to see exactly how much a participant could handle. Sadly for the first few groups, it appears the experience was too intense. Not a single group was able to make it through the entire journey without quitting.

Ghostly tramp blamed for spooky goings-on in antique shop

Has this ghost been busted? Owner of store where cabinets smash and pictures fall off wall thinks the spirit of a local tramp is doing the damage
When a glass door in an empty locked room shattered spontaneously and a painting mysteriously fell from a wall, workers at an antiques store were left both mystified and terrified.

Children who saw the ghostly happenings ran away screaming and workers trawled through CCTV images for an explanation for what was happening, finding none.

But now the 'ghost' behind the mysterious activity may have been rumbled as a specialist team of ghost hunters found that a tramp, who used to hang around an abandoned cemetery that the shop has been built on, could be haunting the shop and be responsible for the damage.

Danny Parker, the owner of Barnsley Antiques Store, called in GCUK Paranormal Ghost Hunters to host a vigil and investigate the unexplained goings-on.
Experts found that spirits seemed to be connected to the antiques.

They also believe a tramp, whose presence was felt in the antiques shop, could be responsible. The man who used to hang around in a graveyard that was situated where the store now is.
Jenny Bryant, founder of GCUK said: 'There used to be a church there I'm told, and he used to hang around watching what was going on.

'We had a medium with us who told us about him. We don't know what his name was but we don't think he was nasty, he was just particularly nosy.

'He was interested in what was going on in the shop so he was making a lot of noise and throwing ornaments.

'She did however seem to think he was quite happy about the shop being turned into an antiques shop and so he was just trying to make that known.

'There were also some children picked up as well and they were the ones being particularly mischievous.'

Ms Bryant added: 'Hauntings can happen at any of the day as Daniel has found on the CCTV. In this case they are coming out of the history of the objects he has in the shop.
'We went in one night after hearing what had happened in the shop.

'We set up all the cameras and equipment and took pictures while asking for things to make themselves known.

'We asked questions and got a huge response. This was much different to what normally happens.
The paranormal events started last month when a glass cabinet smashed without warning in an empty room.

Further examination of CCTV showed no-one was near the object when it spontaneously shattered all over the shop’s floor.

Mr Parker, 42, said: 'I never really believed in ghostly things, but I can’t find any other explanation for what’s been happening.

'Since I’ve had people in who’ve described them as friendly ghosts, I’m not too worried and I think it adds some novelty and charm to the shop.

'They haven’t actually damaged anything so we’re just waiting for things to happen now, when the ghosts feel like being playful.'

Mr Parker claims since the first incident in September he has heard children singing the nursery rhyme Incy Wincy Spider as well as had pictures falling off the wall and statues spontaneously falling over.

GCUK said they believed some of the paranormal events were taking place because they were connected to items in the store. Mr Parker has started buying antiques he thinks could attract further ghosts.

Black Eyed Child of Cannock Chase: Is this the first photograph EVER of the infamous spectre?

Is this spooky snap the first time an infamous ghost known as The Black Eyed Child has been captured on camera?

That's the chilling claim of top psychic Christine Hamlett.
The medium believes she has snared the child spirit known to roam the sprawling heathland at Cannock Chase in Staffordshire.
Christine, from Northwich, Cheshire, claims the haunting image shows the fabled and feared Black Eyed Child praying in the dense woodland.
The clairvoyant, 57, captured the picture on Friday, snapping the spirit near to Birches Valley visitors centre.
And she believes the ghoulish girl could be one of the many phantoms she has made contact with that died of now treatable but then deadly childhood diseases like smallpox and dipheria.
She told the Birmingham Mail: “They are asking for help, but they didn’t want help to get back into the light.”
Spooky snap: The picture appears to show a figure praying in the dense woodland of Cannock Chase – a hot-spot for sightings of the Black Eyed Child

Christine is just one of a string of ghost-hunters to flock to the haunted hot-spot after a plague of sightings of the girl with the coal-pit eyes.
And she revealed the secret of her successful snap – the "pan and water" technique.
This involves photographing the reflections of ghouls in the water rather than the traditional point and click of an everyday snapper.
Christine's husband David grabbed the picture as the pair scanned the landscape for ghosts.
She added: "I help spirits who are earthbound, for whatever reason.
"They have a message or something to say before they pass on. There is a light and they have to go into it.
"I try to reassure them there are people in the light who will help them.
Special powers: Christine Hamlett claims to have contacted the spirits of young children who passed away and believes the ghost died of a disease after toiling away in a workhouse

"I can’t make them go, but I try to get them into a frame of mind where they are ready to move on.”
Christine claims the trouble spirit could be one of many buried in an unmarked grave after dying in a workhouse.
And of the girl's ghastly charcoal eye sockets, she added: "The eyes are for effect. These children have a story and they want it told."
The Black Eyed Child of Cannock Chase has quickly become an internet sensation.
The child had not been spotted for 30 years but a plague of sightings in recent weeks has sparked worldwide interest.
Some witnesses claim the child giggles and calls for help while the descriptions of the girl are identical to those chronicled in the early 1980s.

And experts have offered up a string of theories for its existence - from a mass hallucination to links to a Celtic tribe known for blood sacrifces.
One eye-witness account relayed to paranormal investigator Lee Brickley told of a family alerted by screams as they walked through Birches Valley.
The unnamed shocked woman said: "We instantly started running towards the noise.
"We couldn’t find the child anywhere and so stopped to catch our breath.
“That’s when I turned round and saw a girl stood behind me, no more than 10 years old, with her hands over her eyes.
“It was as if she was waiting for a birthday cake.
“I asked if she was OK and if she had been the one screaming. She put her arms down by her side and opened her eyes.
“That’s when I saw they were completely black, no iris, no white, nothing.
“I jumped back and grabbed my daughter. When I looked again, the child was gone. It was so strange.”

NASA Worker Sees Men Walk Over To Viking Lander On Mars

Jackie stated that she used to work at NASA and handled the down-linked telemetry, back in 1979.
States that one night, while watching the live feed coming from the Viking Rover on Mars, that she saw two men in suits, along with some colleagues, stroll in from the horizon, and then proceeded to walk over to the Viking Lander.
NASA then cut the feed to all monitors.
Is this story is true, then it confirms that either we are not on Mars and NASA are using a sound-stage, or that we have already established a base there via a secret space program.

Family who sent texts to mobile buried with late gran get replies 'from beyond grave'

Shocked Sheri Emerson received a message from her beloved dead grandma from 'beyond the grave' - after a cruel prankster was given her old number.
Lesley Emerson, who died aged 58, was buried with her mobile phone because she loved to send her loving family text messages.
Granddaughter Sheri and other close family members continued to 'contact' the dead grandma via SMS as a means of coping with their grief.
But a shocked Sheri got a reply telling her: "I'm watching over you, and it's all going to get better. Just push through."
Lesley's family was assured her number would never be used again. But, three years after her death, O2 gave her old number to another customer - who answered the messages thinking they were 'jokes' from friends.
The new user then turned prankster - and sent a series of replies when he realised his number once belonged to a dead person.
Sheri's blood ran cold until the new owner confessed.

Sheri, 22, said: "I sent the text to gran talking about what I had been doing, just as I always did.

"When the reply came through at lunchtime the following day I felt sick. Crazy stuff was flashing through my mind like "Is she still alive?"
"Then I started getting horrible visions that someone might have dug up her grave and taken her phone, my mind was full of all sorts of really unpleasant possibilities.
"The person who was texting me was apologetic when we actually rang the number and said he thought his friends had been winding him up.
"He got the number innocently but 02 had promised my dad when he rang after Nan's death that the number would be destroyed so as far as we were concerned it would always be hers.
"Nan got bowel cancer and died very quickly, she was only diagnosed in October 2010 and died the following June. It came so suddenly and none of us could quite get our heads around what had happened.
"It helped to text her, that was the way we were always in touch every day when she was alive. I texted her at least once a week for three years until last week I suddenly got a reply.
"I stared at my phone and the message was written as though it was from her, it was so strange, I went cold and shaky.
"The phone company have told us they will try to retrieve the number and take it out of circulation, but for me it's too late, that special way I had of feeling I was in touch with her is gone forever.
"I couldn't bear to go to her grave - she was like a mother to me, we had a special bond."
The care worker from South Shields, South Tyneside, added: "You can imagine what I was thinking seeing a message flash up from her."
Lesley was buried with her favourite things in South Shields Harton Cemetery - including her mobile.
During the last three years, Sheri, along with her father John Emerson, 42, and uncle Graham Emerson, 29, have sent messages to Lesley's  mobile for comfort.
Phone giants 02 assured them the number would be terminated forever.
But several messages came through last week, with another telling Sheri 'not to worry'.

She then sent another message asking who sent the text, to which she received the bizarre reply of: "A disturbing vegetarian".

Sheri added: "The person must have realised what was going on and replied that they were sorry."
Sheri's Uncle Graham contacted Lesley's phone and spoke to a man who said he'd been using her old number for the last few weeks.
Graham, from Whitburn, South Tyneside, said: "After my mam died I rang 02 and said can I pay to ensure they did not use the number.
"They said there was no need as they would disconnect it and it would be hers.
"We are a big family of texters, if we ever fell out or had something to say, we'd always just send a message, that's why we buried her with her phone.
"So to think someone else now has our mam's number is just awful, we can't believe 02 has done this.
"I can't bear to visit mum's graveside. For me that was a way to still feel connected to her."
02 confirmed that Lesley's number was sold on to phone company giffgaff. They are trying to retrieve it for the Emerson family.
A spokeswoman from 02 said: "We've been in touch with giffgaff and they have left their customer messages on e-mail.
"At the moment it's a waiting game until he gets back in touch. Meanwhile we have spoken to Graham Emerson.
"He understands what's happening and is appreciative that we're trying to get the number back."

Desert Glass Formed by Ancient Atomic Bombs???

"Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds"

The Bhagavad Gita Seven years after the nuclear tests in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Dr. J. Robert Oppenheimer, the father of the atomic bomb, was lecturing at a college when a student asked if it was the first atomic test conducted. “Yes, in modern times,” he replied. The sentence, enigmatic and incomprehensible at the time, was actually an allusion to ancient Hindu texts that describe an apocalyptic catastrophe that doesn’t correlate with volcanic eruptions or other known phenomena.

Oppenheimer, who avidly studied ancient Sanskrit, was undoubtedly referring to a passage in “The Bhagavad Gita” that describes a global disaster caused by “an unknown weapon, a ray of iron.”
Ancient Hindu texts describe great battles taking place and an unknown weapon that causes great destruction. A manuscript illustration of the battle of Kurukshetra, recorded in the Mahabharata. Image source: Wikipedia;

While it may be alarming to the scientific community to speak of the existence of atomic weapons before the present cycle of civilization, evidence of this phenomenon seems to whisper its verses in every corner of the planet.

Desert Glass

This evidence comes not only from the Hindu verses but also from ample extensions of fused glass fragments scattered throughout many deserts of the world. Silicon crystals, curiously cast, resemble remarkably the same fragments found after the nuclear explosions in Alamogordo’s White Sands atomic testing site.

In December 1932, Patrick Clayton, a surveyor from the Egyptian Geological Survey, drove between the dunes of the Great Sand Sea, close to the Saad Plateau in Egypt, when he heard crunching under the wheels. When he examined what was causing the sound, he found great chunks of glass in the sand.

The find caught the attention of geologists around the world and planted the seed for one of the biggest modern scientific enigmas.

What phenomenon could be capable of raising the temperature of desert sand to at least 3,300 degrees Fahrenheit, casting it into great sheets of solid yellow-green glass?

While passing through Alamogordo’s White Sands missile range, Albion W. Hart, one of the first engineers to graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, observed that the chunks of glass left by nuclear tests were identical to the formations that he observed in the African desert 50 years earlier.

However, the extension of the cast in the desert would require that the explosion be 10,000 times more powerful than that observed in New Mexico.

Many scientists have sought to explain the dispersion of large glass rocks in the deserts of Libya, the Sahara, Mojave, and many other places in the world, as products of gigantic meteorite impacts.

However, due to the absence of accompanying craters in the desert, the theory doesn’t hold up. Neither satellite imagery nor sonar has been able to find any holes.

Furthermore, the glass rocks found in the Libyan Desert present a grade of transparency and purity (99 percent) that is not typical in the fusions of fallen meteorites, in which iron and other materials are mixed in with the cast silicon after the impact.

Even so, scientists have proposed that the meteorites causing the glass rocks could have exploded several miles above the surface of Earth, similar to the Tunguska Event, or simply rebounded in such a way that they carried with it the evidence of the impact, but leaving the heat from the friction.

However, this doesn’t explain how two of the areas found in close proximity in the Libyan Desert show the same pattern — the probability of two meteorite impacts so close is very low.

Nor does it explain the absence of water in the tektite specimens when these areas of impact were thought to be covered in it some 14,000 years ago.

Mohenjo Daro’s Ancient Catastrophe The city where culture emerged in the present-day Indus Valley is a great enigma. The rocks of the ruins have partially crystallized, along with its hazy inhabitants.

Moreover, mysterious local texts speak of a period of seven days of gratitude toward flying cars called Vimana for saving the lives of 30,000 inhabitants from a horrific episode. In 1927, years after the discovery of the Mohenjo Daro ruins, 44 human skeletons were found on the outskirts of the city.

The majority were found face down, lying in the street and holding hands as if a serious catastrophe had suddenly engulfed the town. In addition, some bodies present signs of unexplainable radiation.

Many experts believe that Mohenjo Daro is an unequivocal sign of nuclear catastrophe two millennia before Christ.

Nevertheless, the city is the not the only ancient locale suspected to have gone nuclear.

Dozens of buildings from the ancient world present bricks with fused rocks, like the heat test that modern scientists cannot explain:

  • Ancient forts and towers in Scotland, Ireland, and England
  • The city of Catal Huyuk in Turkey
  • Alalakh in northern Syria
  • The ruins of the Seven Cities, near Ecuador
  • Cities between the Ganges River in India and the Hills of Rajmahal
  • Areas of the Mojave Desert in the United States

In whatever place of the world, the presence of an abysmal temperature and vivid descriptions of a terrible cataclysm suggest that there may have been an earlier epoch in which possibly nuclear technology was already known — an epoch in which atomic technology was turned against man.

ANOTHER GIANT CRAB??? - Giant Crab under a popular crabbing spot in Whitstable.....

This shocking image of a giant crab under a popular crabbing spot in Whitstable was taken last weekend. The boys were unaware of the danger, but as several passersby shouted to them, the crab slipped silently away under the water, into the dark, sideways.

Quinton Winter, the curator of Weird Whitstable, told the Express Times that he was skeptical about the photos when he first saw them. That changed last summer, however, when he spotted the giant crab for himself:
At first all I could see was some faint movement, then as it rose from the water I thought, 'that's a funny looking bit of driftwood.' It had glazed blank eyes on stalks, swivelling wildly and it clearly was a massive crab with crushing claws. Before this incident I thought the aerial photo showed an odd-shaped sand bank. Now I know better.

Terrified mum captures snap of evil black-eyed ghost on family day out

A MUM was left horrified after looking through family snaps of a day out - and seeing the figure of a black eyed ghost child watching over her children.

Terrified mum-of-three Michelle Mason, 39, from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, was shocked to discover the terrifying image of a ghostly child, standing just yards from her two children while on a family outing to Cannock Chase, Staffs.
The freakish image, which Michelle took in August, clearly shows a ghostly figure of a Victorian child standing to the left of a tree where Michelle's children, Sophia and Lee were climbing.
Michelle said: "We were on a family walk one afternoon and the kids decided to climb a tree. I stopped to take a photo but it wasn't until I got home that I spotted a child's face looking back at me.
"I couldn't believe it when I looked closer at the picture and there was a child, standing with a wheel or a hoop in their hand. It has really freaked me out. I don't like anything like that.
"I would love to know more about the child in the picture. I am convinced it is a ghost, possibly from the Victorian times.
"When you look closely at the photo you can see the deep dark eyes. It definitely bares a striking resemblance to the black-eyed child that has been spotted around Cannock Chase.
"I don't think it looks evil though, or like it wants to cause any harm to my children. They were both a bit spooked by it at first, but any child would be."
The terrifying plague of black-eyed ghost children have been reportedly spotted up and down the country, including Liverpool, South Wales and most frequently at Cannock Chase, in the Midlands, which is where Michelle's haunting snap was taken.
Michelle said: "I would love to find out more about the history of that area and if there are any experts who can help me out. It is a fascinating subject.
"I have had a lot of feedback from people, and it is split pretty evenly between people thinking it is a little boy or a little girl.
"Different people have spotted different things, such as a hand holding a hoop or a stick. Everyone sees differently I think depending on what they believe".
Michelle, a full time carer, said: "Some people have said that I must have used Photoshop but I couldn't tell you the first thing about that, I have no idea how to use anything like that. I just took the photo on our family compact camera.
"But that is most likely just people who are sceptical or don't believe in the afterlife, that is always the first thing they say."
